Football is back which means so is NFL Friday! Our Jets and Giants beat reporters, Christian Goewey and Tom Scibelli, as well as Tommy Aldrich, had a lot to say about the upcoming season. First, they dove into last night’s season opener and Super Bowl rematch between Denver and Carolina, in which the defending champion Broncos edged out a 21-20 win.

20 minutes in, Christian Goewey gave his first report of the season on Gang Green. The crew then discussed their expectations for the Jets this season as well as their Week 1 matchup against the Bengals

Following the Jets, the guys talked Big Blue (38 minutes in). After Tom Scibelli’s report, came predictions for their season opener in Dallas. They also gave their season expectations for a Giants team that made a lot of headlines in the offseason.

Next, listen to overall season predictions. Who will make the Super Bowl? Who will win? Who will win MVP? And there’s more.

Lastly, after some fantasy football advice came our weekly game predictions which you won’t want to miss.

The guys delve into the tough outing for Colin Kaepernick and San Francisco last night against Seattle, and move on to some of the week's other top storylines.

Kristian gives us his Giants insight through his weekly report, as the guys discuss whether the G-Men can take down Dallas at home. Big Blue lost in Big D week 1, but the Cowboys are coming to the Meadowlands on Sunday with their 3rd QB of the year as Matt Cassel takes over for Brandon Weeden.

Native New Englander Corey is pumped for the Jets game this weekend, only he would call it the Pats game. It's the first big test for Gang Green under Todd Bowles, and the guys debate the game of the week along with Matt Crowe's weekly Jets report.

Luke Palmer joins in for some fantasy fun, and the crew rounds it up with the weekly picks segment.

Week 3 of NFL Friday brings us something that Weeks 1 and 2 did not: a Giants team with a win after Thursday night's takedown of the Washington Redskins. Kristian O'Hara and Matt Crowe are here to break it down and more.

Along with Kristian's weeklty Giants report, he and Matt look at what changed between the heartbreaking losses in Weeks 1 and 2 for the GMen and the 32-21 win over Washington last night.

After moving onto Matt's Jets report, the guys look how Gang Green moved to 2-0 with their impressive victory of the Colts on Monday night. The defense looked as advertised, but do they look good enough to go 3-0 with a win this weekend against the Eagles?

After looking at some of the other top storylines around the league, such as the return of Le'Veon Bell from suspension and the injuries to quarterbacks Tony Romo and Drew Brees, Luke Palmer joins the guys for fantasy talk. Although Luke might be guilty of some questionable trade requests recently, he still fills you in on some names you might not expect to need to start this week.

And of course, it's time for picks to wrap things up.

It's Week 2 of the NFL Season, which means NFL Friday is back with its 2nd episode of the season.

WFUV Sports' Giants beat reporter Kristian O'Hara is joined by Corey Miller to discuss all that's happening around the NFL.

The guys start out discussing last night's 31-24 Broncos win over the Chiefs. Jamaal Charles had the big fumble in the final minute to give Denver the lead, but only after Peyton Manning orchestrated a 10 play, 80 yard drive to tie it. Was that drive enough to prove that Manning isn't on the last legs of his career?

Elsewhere in the league Marcus Mariota debuted with a perfect passer rating against fellow top pick Jameis Winston in Week 1. Mariota and the Titans got the win over Winston and the Bucs, but which QB is better set for the future with his franchise? Speaking of franchise quarterbacks, can Tyrod Taylor be one for the Bills in Buffalo? Listen in to find out why Kristian and Corey don't think he needs to be.

The guys then take a look at the situations for both the Giants and Jets, with the two teams feeling much different after their Week 1 matchups. The Giants look to rebound after a heartbreaker in big D, while the Jets look to ride the high of a season opening win over the Browns into an upset on Monday night over the Colts. Kristian plays us his own Giants report, while the guys listen to WFUV Sports' Jets beat reporter Matt Crowe and his Jets report.

Luke Palmer joins the crew for fantasy football talk, and then sticks around for the picks segment to finish this off.

Welcome back to another year of One on One's NFL Friday!

Corey Miller and Matt Crowe kick off the year by getting into the opening game of the 2015 NFL Season, a 28-21 Patriots win over the Steelers. Not only did the game feature the defending champions starting off the year at home, but the game was preceeded by an entire offseason of deflategate speculation. Now that Tom Brady's suspension has been overruled, the guys talk about his debut and what made Brady and the Pats look as good as ever in Week 1. Of course it couldn't be an opener in New England without controversy as Corey and Matt look at the Steelers' complaints of faulty headsets in Foxboro along with the ensuing statement from the NFL.

We're just one game into the season so of course the crew previewed the rest of the league while giving an extended preview of the Jets and Giants seasons by looking at some of the top stories of the two teams in the offseason.

Luke Palmer joins the show to talk fantasy football and who you should be looking at starting this week, and sticks around for the show-ending picks segment to wrap up Week 1 of NFL Friday.

Paul talks to Matt and Kelly about last week's shutout loss in Philadelphia, what the loss of Victor Cruz means for Big Blue, and New York's chances against the Cowboys this week in Dallas.

In addition to his weekly Giants report, WFUV Sport's Giants beat reporter Kristian O'Hara joins the show this week as the fantasy expert to give his start 'ems, sit 'ems, and best choices off the waiver wire.

The 2014 NFL season is here, and with it comes the return of One-on-One’s NFL Friday.  DJ Sixsmith and Matt Moro kicked off the year talking about Wes Welker’s suspension after testing positive for steroids.  They discussed how Welker could have failed this test, and whether it actually matters for the Broncos given his latest concussion.

The guys then moved to last night’s kickoff game between the Packers and Seahawks.  Seattle looks like it is still the team to beat in the NFC, as their defense gave Aaron Rodgers fits throughout the game.

DJ and Matt turned their attention to the local teams next.  Kelly Kultys weighed in with her first Jets report, while the guys debated how much Geno Smith will improve going into his second year and how he could be affected by the addition of Michael Vick.

The focus then turned to the Giants.  Kristian O’Hara contributed his first report of the season, and the guys discussed Eli Manning’s preseason struggles.  The defense may be a bright spot, but will it matter if the offense can’t get off the ground?

Drew Casey then stopped by to talk some fantasy and added some bold predictions, and the show wrapped up with the first round of picks.
